Little Jesse

Well - its been a long couple of days. On tues morning Ade and I took the boys into our family dr and she sent us to the U of A for some RSV testing for little 3 week old Jesse. We sat in Emerg for 16 hrs before being admitted to the Stollery for positive RSV and Pertussis (whooping cough) swabs. So we have been here now I guess for 3 days. Yesterday Jesse got his own full time nurse, so I am able to get some sleep not having to jump up with each cough or cry. We have a great pediatrician and team of nurses who are very helpfull and informative. I am so glad we live in a country where we have access to good medical attention when we need it! I am so thankful that we serve a God who loves our kids more than we do - who holds us and them in his palm and watches over us with love and kindness. I am so glad for family, friends and hot tea. I am so glad for the christian community and how we've been so supported by so many of them. Please pray for strength, endurance and wisdom in regards to Jesse's treatment course. He seems to be picking up somewhat. He is so darn cute. Will post some pics soon.

In His care -
