Things in Threes....

So things have been really good with us lately. Lots of new stuff with the spring arriving... Thinking about a fence, starting the seedlings, our anniversary coming up.... Its so funny - things usually happen in three's for us. We were reminiscing on Monday about a year ago in April - Ade finishing his masters the day we get possession of our house, and then heading off to Europe a couple weeks later. So on monday, three really interesting things happened - Adrian had been diligently studying to write his professional Engineering status exam - so we (Sam and I) wanted to drive him there, and make sure we were waiting for him when he got out of his exam. He said it was challenging - but I know that he did well on the test. We are so proud of him for accomplishing this. No more tests Ade, what a long 8 years! Congrats.

Secondly- we've decided to sell our dog Jasper. It's been a long, hard, much thought over decision, but she deserves to be on a farm, and not stuck cooped up on our deck. And besides - I want to enjoy our deck this year. So we are looking for a good farm home for her, and have had quite a good response. On Monday she will be going out to a farm for a two week trial. Hopefully that will go well, and we can find a good home for her.

Sam is growing so big. He is mostly weaned now, and taking to his bottle very well.

I'm just waiting for Ade to get home, and then we are off to Jasper for the weekend for our anniversary. I love Jasper, there is something so magical about it. Sam is staying with my parents - the first time I have left him overnight, and I am feelin pretty good about it actually. Its so nice to have grandparents to watch your children. I know my mom is going to do great with Sam. She loves him so much.

Well I should go pack for our voyage.

Oh - I almost forgot the third thing....

Sam's going to be a big brother!
