A day at the Beach-
Lunch at Pete's at the Beach
Just hangin out on the shore...We had a great weekend! My cousin got married in Reddeer, my parents stayed with us Friday night, and we had some steaks on the BBQ, and then Sat morning my Dad and I got up at 5 and went fly fishing at a little pond just south of here, and then my mom and I went and checked out the great garage sales while my Dad and Ade worked on mudding the basement. Then off to Reddeer for the wedding. Sunday morning we headed over to Pigeon lake for the day and had so much fun. Of course we hadn't planned on going, it just worked out that way but thank goodness we had Sams speedos so he could have some splashing water fun! He absolutely loves the water. He just discovered splashing and now he just can't stop! We walked up and down the shore line and wandered in and out of stores - Ade and I bought a new picture for our house, one that reminded us both of a lake we visited in Switzerland last year. Its gorgeous. Then we spent about an hour under some trees right in front of the lake, me finishing my book and eating icecream - and Ade and Sam sleeping and splashing. The day made Ade and I want to go to the beach every weekend. It felt so good! So all you people - get out there and get to the beach already......
